Key Responsibilities:

* Manage receipt, inspection, and processing of returned and damaged goods.

* Track and document returned stock accurately.

* Identify opportunities to recycle or repurpose items.

* Assess goods for defects, refurbishment, or disposal.

* Follow company policies and safety regulations.

* Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline processes.

* Maintain records of stock movements and resolutions.

* Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and recovery.

* Work with suppliers, transport teams, and internal stakeholders.

* Support general warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements:

* Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in reverse logistics.

* Strong attention to detail for assessing and processing returned stock.

* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.

* Understanding of inventory management and stock documentation.
">
* Physically fit for manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock.

* Experience with furniture handling is a bonus.

* Forklift license (current).
