Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bendigo.
About the Role
* This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
* You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, maintaining a high presence in the marketplace.
* Assist in the sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing of commercial properties across Bendigo.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers.
2. Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.
3. Conduct inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.
4. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients, maintaining a high presence in the marketplace.
5. Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients.
6. Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing and selling of properties, including organizing signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, and videos.
About You
* No prior Real Estate experience is necessary; we're looking for the right individual.
* You should ideally be currently in a commercial or B2B sales role and may be looking for further opportunities in a new industry.
* You are a natural hunter.
* You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* You are willing to learn and have ambitions to grow.
* You hold a current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate, or are willing to study to become a certified agent.
* You are entrepreneurial and commercially astute.
