* Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field (Master's degree desirable).
* Demonstrated experience in project coordination, team leadership, and service delivery within the disability sector.
* Sound knowledge of the NDIS framework, disability rights, and best-practice approaches in client support.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
