About the Role
This is an end‐to‐end Property Manager role overseeing a tidy portfolio of up to 130 well‐maintained properties, all located on the South/East of Brisbane.
Key responsibilities include:
* End‐to‐end portfolio management
* Landlord and tenant relationship management
* Coordinating maintenance with an asset‐protection focus
* Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
* Managing arrears professionally
* Leading rent reviews and lease renewals
* Preparing and attending QCAT matters when required
* Working alongside a broader investment and property strategy team
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in Property Management
* QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation
* Professional, organised and confident communicator
* Asset‐focused mindset
* Takes ownership of portfolio performance and outcomes
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
