We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior NDIS Occupational Therapist to join our QLD team. This community-based role allows you to work directly with participants in their homes and local environments, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll:
* Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
* Conduct clinical assessments of participants' functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
* Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
* Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support and sharing your expertise.
* Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
* Take on leadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist with:
* AHPRA registration and 1.5+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
* Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
* A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
* A valid driver licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
