**How will I help?**
This role is responsible for supporting the group's balance sheet, revenue and risk adjusted returns performance in line with the group's strategy and return hurdles. A key deliverable for the role is ensuring the monthly assets and liability committee ('alco') outputs are delivered in a timely and accurate manner. There is a significant transformation ask in this role to ensure we are reviewing the existing alco process and simplifying and automating where possible.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Deliver ALCO process and manage outputs, ensuring timely and accurate outputs.
- Execute and coordinate group controls over performance outcomes across relevant systems and processes.
- Contribute to the Group's corporate / statutory (Australian & offshore) reporting / disclosure in accordance with applicable legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements
- Support on ad hoc reporting and analytical processes to provide insights for Board, ET and other management decision making for:
- Revenue outcomes across net interest margin, balance sheet and capital forecasting
- 3-year strategy, target setting and scorecards processes
- Collaborate with Finance Transformation Strategy and other partners to deliver the right outcomes for GPM and Finance more broadly

**What do I need?**
- Banking or financial services experience
- Working towards or Chartered / CPA qualification desirable
- Ability to synthesise complex and large volumes of data into simple commercial messages and insights
- Experience with financial modelling, process and or report design
- Leverages technical skills, soft skills and commercial acumen to problem-solve and link to the financials
