Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, visitors, and colleagues.
The core hours will be 9am to 3pm, Tuesday through Thursday, with a ½ hour lunch break. Benefits include comprehensive health care, pension, and paid vacation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of onsite hospitality-based client services including meeting scheduling, catering, transportation, reservations, conference room and common area technology support, supply management, facility operations, data entry and report preparation.
* Assist in the management of offsite local meeting coordination, conferences and hospitality events.
* Vacation and sick leave coverage for the Receptionist, Meeting Coordinators and Office Manager roles and any other administrative support roles as required.
* Act as an information resource and general support for clients, visitors and colleagues.
* Any other associated duties required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least one year of recent relevant experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry or hospitality management.
* Proficient digital literacy with Microsoft Office Software, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other general office technology with the ability to effectively trouble shoot basics.
* Professional interpersonal skills with a strong customer satisfaction focus.
* Excellent written, verbal, organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to effectively shift priorities during demanding circumstances.
