**About the Role**
We are currently seeking an Associate Consultant to join our public sector team, for an established civil engineering desk within local government. There is a steady job flow being called in, but plenty of scope to further develop the client base, leveraging off existing relationships and building new ones. The majority of the roles you will work on are temporary contracts, ranging from 3-6 months, however there is also opportunity to work on some permanent appointments.
**About you**
- Have managed 360 recruitment desk within public sector
- Experience recruiting in Engineering, Town Planning or similar
- Temp recruitment experience, ideally fast-pace high volume environment
- Ability to manage your desk autonomously with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- A sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
- A passion for providing an exceptional level of service to all stakeholders
- A positive outlook and willingness to contribute to our team environment
- Positive attitude and solutions-focused
