This is a unique opportunity to apply your legal expertise at scale, combining deep M&A knowledge, advanced legal writing, and emerging AI‐enabled content tools to support the way lawyers work today and into the future.
About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to develop high‐quality, up‐to‐date practical legal content on M&A law, with an increasing focus on AI‐supported content creation, optimisation and enhancement.
You will play a key role in shaping how lawyers interact with Practical Guidance, Australia's most established and trusted how-to of legal practice, by:

This role is a full‐time permanent one but might also suit someone interested in 4 or 4.5 days per week. Some regular in‐office time is preferable, but there is also the opportunity to work flexibly and from home. It could also suit interstate applicants.
Many of our legal writers come from top‐tier, mid‐tier or in‐house practice and see this as a long‐term alternative legal career while offering sustainability, flexibility and impact.
With experience as a practising lawyer in Australia, you will have a strong understanding of the practical processes in a lawyer's workflow as relates to M&A matters.
