About the Role
As the Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be joining a small, close-knit team of 4, reporting to a much-loved Customer Service Manager. This is a full-time role on a rotating roster from Monday - Sunday, with penalty rates and time in lieu on offer.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Process sales orders into the system
* Raise sales invoices to customers
* Organise deliveries with customers and suppliers
* Respond to phone and email enquiries
* Keep customer records accurate and up to date
