About the Role
Based at our Brighton office, this role is responsible for managing a highly organised portfolio of 120 residential properties within the Bayside area. You will work hands-on with our valued landlords and tenants, supported by a strong and collaborative team culture.
This position also presents a fantastic career pathway. It is ideal for a Junior Property Management Assistant ready to step up with the benefit of receiving exceptional mentoring, or an experienced Property Manager who is keen for a smaller portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and oversee a portfolio of 120 residential properties.
- Deliver outstanding client service while upholding Marshall White’s premium standards.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and industry best practices.
- Proactively resolve tenancy and maintenance matters with professionalism.
- Contribute to a team culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Property Management (ideal for an Assistant Property Manager looking to progress).
- Solid knowledge of residential tenancy legislation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
