About the Role
This entry-level position is perfect for new graduates with qualifications in Marketing Communications, Advertising, Media or Social Media.
This is a temporary full-time opportunity for a period of 12 months based in Brisbane commencing January ****.
Responsibilities
You'll be working closely with our Social Media and Campaigns Officers to:
Create engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok)
Manage online communities using Sprout Social (or similar tools)
Monitor trends, flag emerging issues and elevate when needed
Act as a bridge between subject matter experts (SMEs) and our audiences
Support campaign execution and digital storytelling
Some key responsibilities of the role include:
Develop engaging social media content aligned with the NHVR social media strategy
Support the Manager Campaigns and the social media team to implement social media campaign strategies
Respond to comments and direct messages on NHVRs social media channels with accurate, timely and customer-focused information
Monitor social media platforms to identify issues and trends and report on activity to improve performance and inform the organisation
Prepare content to support broader campaign work including newsletter articles, presentations, reports and other communications collateral

What We're Looking For
A recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Media or a related field
Strong written and visual storytelling skills
Familiarity with all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube)
Must have experience developing content for social media using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Familiarity with Sprout Social or other social media management platforms is a bonus
Strong understanding of major social platforms and how audiences engage with each
