Service with a Smile: Bartender Role
The role of a bartender involves serving beverages to guests, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. To excel in this position, one must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain excellent attendance.
This role offers an hourly rate between $6.75 plus tips, as well as benefits for part-time roles including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
Serving Excellence
* Meet the company standard for excellent service, interaction with coworkers, and uniform standards.
* Familiarize yourself with bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide top-notch service.
* Pour drinks responsibly, following state and federal regulations regarding the distribution of alcohol.
* Learn about various beer, wine varieties & spirits available, and be able to suggestively upsell products to guests.
* Maintain accurate cash handling skills and manage issued banks at your bar station.
* Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment at all times, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
