The Opportunity

This role is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful environmental outcomes while building your expertise and helping shape the future of our Environmental Approvals team. You'll work alongside talented colleagues on high-impact projects that benefit communities across Australia.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced environmental professional to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help lead and deliver environmental approvals and planning projects across Australia, with a focus on resource developments and major infrastructure initiatives.

* Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to help deliver approvals that align with project and client goals.
* Contributing to proposals and business development activities in a collaborative, team-oriented way.
* Working closely with clients, project managers, and technical specialists (ecologists, acousticians, contaminated land scientists, engineers, designers) to develop practical, forward-thinking solutions.
* Using data to design monitoring programs and assess environmental impacts of major developments.

About You

You're someone who enjoys working collaboratively, solving complex problems, and making a positive impact. You'll play a key role in shaping best-practice environmental outcomes and supporting the growth of our team.

* A solid understanding of environmental legislation and policy frameworks in Australia
* Familiarity with GIS, data analysis, or digital tools for environmental assessment (helpful but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* A passion for mentoring and team development (for senior candidates)
