About The Opportunity
We are currently seeking 2 highly motivated, appropriately qualified and skilled Gardeners to join our small team environment on a permanent, full-time basis, to undertake the maintenance and landscape improvement works of our public greenspace areas.
Responsibilities
You will be assisting the crew in the servicing and maintenance of our premier passive greenspace area, to ensure a high-level, quality horticultural service is performed and the landscape finish remains safe, attractive and inviting to our park visitors.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Certificate III Horticulture or equivalent, or satisfactory completion of an indentured Apprenticeship as a Gardener
* Extensive experience in maintenance of gardens and landscaped areas including annuals, exotic, native, high profile gardens, etc
* Chemical Application Accreditation
* Current C class driver's licence
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
* Current MR driver's licence
* Traffic Controller Implementation Accreditation
* First Aid Certificate
Remuneration And Benefits
* Entry level for this position starts at $1,362.15 per week
* 38-hour working week
* Rostered Day Off (RDO) every fortnight
