Job Description
Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Beaudesert. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, helping them to live an independent and holistic life.
Responsibilities
* Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
* Providing support with hygiene and personal care
* Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
* Assisting with medication compliance, including dispensation of prescription medication
* Meal assistance, including meal preparation
Qualifications
* At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
* Drivers License, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
* NDIS Clearance
* First Aid (3 years)
* CPR (12 months)
* National police clearance or willingness to obtain
