About Your Role
We have a fantastic opportunity at nbn in the Australian Capital Territory for a Land Access and Statutory Approvals Specialist, reporting to the Capability & Performance Manager – LASE.
This role involves providing specialist support and advice to stakeholders in the ACT, developing relationships with government agencies and consultancies, and collaborating with internal teams and delivery partners to secure and manage statutory approvals for land access activities. Key responsibilities include obtaining approvals, minimizing risks, managing consultants, and ensuring legislative compliance.
About You
You should have significant experience managing statutory approvals, especially in heritage or environmental areas, and working closely with government agencies. Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to interpret legislative frameworks are essential.
