With major projects underway, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our site leadership team across projects in the Northern Goldfields, Western Australia.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this is a hands-on leadership role where technical capability and people skills matter equally. You’ll lead day-to-day maintenance execution, support breakdown response, and provide practical technical guidance to trades and contractors ensuring plant reliability, safety and performance in a FIFO mining environment.

What do I need?
• Provide technical support to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
• Identify maintenance requirements and reliability improvement opportunities
• Schedule and supervise maintenance work across trades and technicians
• Manage contractors delivering small maintenance projects
• Ensure effective breakdown coverage and rapid response
• Order and manage spares, materials and consumables
• Maintain safe, compliant and well-organised maintenance execution
• Champion a safe and healthy work environment through visible leadership
Essential Experience:
• High level of technical competence with proven fault-finding capability
• Demonstrated experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors
• Strong safety focus and ability to lead teams under pressure
• Previous experience in a FIFO mining or heavy industrial environment
• Trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation or Boilermaker)
• Strong experience maintaining critical mobile plant
