About the role:

We're seeking a passionate and driven sales professional to help lead our dynamic team, and shape the success of our commercial strategy. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in maximising revenue across all market segments, driving growth, and fostering team development - all while aligning with Hyatt's strategic priorities and delivering exceptional outcomes for colleagues, clients, and owners.

Main Responsibilities


• Lead and support the Sales and Events team to achieve strong revenue performance


• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, industry partners, and stakeholders


• Coach and develop a high-performing team with a focus on collaboration


• Drive revenue growth and increase market share across all segments


• Represent the hotel on sales trips to key market cities and industry events


• Apply strategic insight to identify market opportunities and future trends

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

* Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales Manager role is essential. Experience within a hotel environment is preferred.
* Proven experience leading & developing a team
* High level of both written and verbal communication
* Experience with Envision is highly regarded
* Flexibility around working days and hours as required by the business
* High level of both written and verbal communication
* Ability to work to tight deadlines when required
* Full Australian Working Rights
