Our versatile self-paced paid training program has a balance between on-the-job practice, and online class schedules to ensure that you are well supported.
Besides having a real passion for delivering an amazing donor experience, you’ll need to be able to:
- Bring strong customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping others
- Perform routine and repetitive tasks with a high level of attention to detail
- Work well as part of a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Follow standardised processes confidently in a fast-paced setting

- Be comfortable using technology, with strong digital and technical skills
- Occasionally lift items between 9–22.7kg
