About the role
* Take charge of a dedicated residential portfolio
* Manage landlord and tenant communication
* Arrange and manage repairs and maintenance
* Manage the outgoing and tenancy finalisation process
* Coordinate lease renewals
* Manage portfolio arrears
* Attend SACAT if required
Be supported by the following teams
* Dedicated associate to assist with leasing and routine inspections for your portfolio
* Administrative support team to manage accounts and admin for your portfolio
* New business team to manage all new business onboarding and leasing for your portfolio
To succeed in the role the following skills are essential
* Excellent communication
* Excellent time management
* Strong attention to detail
* High-level problem-solving and dispute-resolution ability
* Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new systems
Requirements
* South Australian property management license
* Current police check
* Drivers licence
