Administration Officer
Location: Roxby Downs, SA
Employment Type: Monday to Friday ( 8am to 4pm )
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration Officer to join our team in Roxby Downs. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to management and staff
* Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
* Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounts administration
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and site inductions
* Assist with payroll data entry and timesheet processing
* Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers
* Support HR administration including onboarding documentation
