Our government client is seeking to engage a Call handler on a contract for 3 months.
**Position Overview**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- As the Call Handler you will staff and maintain the call centre service during normal business (8:30- 5) hours and provide a key role to support the wider team to deliver its objectives and work collaboratively across the team and under guidance.
- Investigation Resolve escalated first level complaints, concerns from the general public
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, to gather evidence and information necessary for decision-making to finalise the complaint.
- Assess and prioritise all complaints in accordance with the urgency and/or seriousness of the issues raised.
- Administrative Receive first level complaints or concerns from the general public.
- Administrative tasks of the team, including but not limited to, records management, directing incoming enquiries.
- Maintain records in accordance with the Territory Records 2002
