With over 120 team members working across 7 specialist departments, we're proud to be one of Australia's leading digital marketing companies.ResponsibilitiesManage WordPress Hosting Operations: WordPress Updates, Plugin Updates, Theme Updates, Backups (Jetbackup) across a portfolio of WordPress websitesExecute website migrations between servers (staging/production workflows), including DNS, SSL, databases, etc.Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email with hosting-related queriesHelp explain technical issues to co-workers and answer their questionsTroubleshoot a wide range of technical issuesDiagnose and resolve server configuration issuesHelp customers with WordPress problems, including plugins, themes, and updatesAssist customers with Domain name issues and DNSAbility to follow checklists in detailStay up-to-date on the latest hosting technologiesMaintain clear documentation, logs, and SOP adherence.Communicate daily with the Hosting Team Lead and Operations Manager.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in technical support or a related fieldStrong ability to work autonomously and adapt to a changing workplace and priorities.Strong knowledge of WordPress, plugins, themes, and WHM / cPanelStrong knowledge of Google WorkspaceStrong knowledge of Domain Names and DNSExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to problem-solve and think criticallyA willingness to learn new thingsPositive, proactive, and able to work under pressure when responding to urgent hosting issues.Bonus points if you have used ClickUp previouslyPrevious experience working with co-managed MSP or hosting provider models.Prior experience with managed WordPress hosting or "site care" services.Prior helpdesk experience L2+ desiredWhy Join UsAt Marketing Sweet, you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-growing team with plenty of opportunities to expand your skills in both client-facing support and technical hosting operations.
