A position is now available for a diligent and skilled HR Shared Services Coordinator to join our Shared Services and Payroll team, which forms part of an established Human Resources department comprising 60 professionals.
As Shared Services Coordinator, you will join a dedicated and collaborative team who support the administration of employee lifecycle changes, leveraging the Dayforce Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and partnering with the broader HR team.
Your exceptional communication skills, ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and employees across the business together with your proactive approach and flexibility to adapt to workforce changes and business needs, will aid your success in this integral high-volume role.
Your respect of highly sensitive and confidential information will be critical.
Your role will include;
* Supporting the administration of internal and external recruitment activities
* Initiating contact with candidates following a positive interview
* Escalating any candidate/employee concerns
* Reviewing the renewal of employee compliance activities
* Supporting the administration of employee lifecycle changes
* Responding to general HR enquiries and providing information to employees and people leaders
* Maintaining the quality of data within Dayforce, providing system support to users, including other HR team members
* Reviewing and actioning Job Assignment and Compensation Change Forms
* Reviewing the renewal of employee compliance activities
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organised individual who is solution focussed, has exceptional interpersonal skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you will have;
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field preferred
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working within a recruitment or human resources team
* Understanding of general human resources and recruitment practices
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software packages readily
* HRIS experience - advantage
* Keen attention to detail; structured process thinking
* Willingness to obtain a Police Check
