Sales Consultant Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs. You will work in a collaborative team environment to deliver the best possible customer experience and act as a role model and peer coach to educate customers on digital solutions.
Your primary goal is to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ. You will achieve this by delivering on our Customer Promises and being passionate about putting people at the centre of everything you do.
You will work Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break during the day. The role requires you to be proactive, adaptable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
