About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst to support our organization's procurement activities in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
* Create detailed as-is and to-be business processes, system processes, and data flows.
* Identify areas of inefficiency, inaccuracy, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
* Facilitate process workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather information on business and system processes.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Process Analyst, preferably in transformation programs.
* A strong understanding of finance and procurement functions, compliance, and best practices.
* Skill in BPMN process modeling using tools like Visio or Signavio.
* Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
* Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* The capacity to support large-scale programs of work (3–5 years).
