As the key architect of our organisation's learning culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce's capabilities and driving business outcomes.
With a strong focus on person-centred care and cultural responsiveness, we are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Business Services Executive Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our organisation-wide capability strategy, building systems and structures that enable our workforce to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the launch and ongoing implementation of our new Learning & Development Framework
* Work with executive leaders to identify workforce gaps and build capability pathways
* Coordinate training needs analysis and individual learning plans for every staff member
* Manage and optimise our ELMO Learning Management System
* Design and deliver onboarding, induction and cultural orientation programs
* Oversee clinical credentialing and competency programs
* Use data and feedback to evaluate, report, and continuously improve L&D outcomes
You will be a champion of a positive, collaborative, reflective learning culture across all teams, ensuring that our workforce has the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar learning and development, workforce capability, or related field
* Exposure to managing learning systems, planning programs or coordinating training events
* A knack for turning chaos into clarity and spreadsheets into strategy
* Genuine drive to build people up and support their success
* Cultural awareness and a commitment to safe, respectful, inclusive practice
Bonus points (but not deal breakers) if you have:
* A qualification in training, HR, education or organisational development
* Experience with ELMO or other LMS platforms
* Familiarity with clinical or workforce credentialing design from the ground up
