Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert legal advice to clients on family law matters.
* Prepare and file court documents.
* Represent clients in court proceedings.
* Conduct mediation and negotiation sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in family law.
* Strong knowledge of Australian family law legislation and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
