The Operations Manager is accountable to the Regional Manager for providing strategic leadership support in coordinating regional planning, resources, and services to support the delivery of housing and related services across the Housing continuum. The role will provide management and support for Team Leaders, identify and develop key strategic internal and external networks to increase regional knowledge, create communication channels, and provide opportunities for service connection. The role will also provide leadership and guidance to SA Housing Trust Regional staff to facilitate the achievement of key performance indicators. Monitoring and analyzing regional reports, trends, and risks to develop appropriate strategies or action plans to manage and minimize potential risks and maximize opportunities.

Special Conditions
* Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to employment.
* Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a DHS Screening Unit Working with Children Check prior to employment and every 5 years.
* The successful applicant may be required to hold a current Australian issued Driver's Licence, which must be maintained.
* The incumbent in the role is a Mandated Notifier of child abuse under the Children and Young People (Safety) Act 2017.
* Some intrastate travel necessitating overnight absences may occur.
* Some out-of-hours work may be required upon activation of the Emergency Relief Functional Support Group.
* Must be willing and able to be rostered on-call as required by the employer.
