Gold is where it's at - Explore the Future at Jupiter WA We are seeking an experienced and Site Administrator to join our dynamic and innovative team at our newest mine, where the 'way we work' is just as important as the expertise we demonstrate every day. This is a fast-paced role where you will have the opportunity to showcase your administrative skills. Your ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and manage multiple priorities, will be key to your success.
The Opportunity:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site Project Manager
* Process Site Access Compliance applications in an efficient and timely manner
* Coordinate and administer all travel, accommodation, inductions, issuing of PPE and associated site access requirements for site employees, contractors and visitors
* Monitor and reinforce compliance requirements for visitor, new employee and contractor site entry procedures
* Timely processing and follow up of camp maintenance requests
* Maintain office supplies and general housekeeping
* Processing and validation of fleet management data and EOM reporting

We're excited to hear from you if you have:
* Demonstrated resources industry experience in a site-based administration role (preferable)
* Experience with accommodation and travel management software (PeopleTray or similar) and ERP software (Pronto or similar)
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy legislation requirements in regard to personal information and company records
* High level of proficiency in MS Office with a strong focus on accurate data entry and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional manner
* Ability to be a supportive and adaptable team player and effectively manage multiple priorities
* Plenty of enthusiasm and desire to perform at a high level
* A current unencumbered 'C' Class Drivers Licence
