About the Role
This role will involve managing existing business relationships, identifying new business opportunities and consistently delivering outstanding sales results. You will work closely with our Partner team and collaborate with different teams to reach maximum account penetration.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new business and expand existing accounts.
* Build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive revenue growth.
* Collaborate with sales engineering and professional services teams to position Splunk's offering in the market.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record in sales, ideally in a B2B environment within the Sydney market.
* Experience in managing high-activity account portfolios.
* Confident communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at the C-suite level.
* Solid understanding of forecasting commitments and accuracy.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate CRM systems.
