Description
* Ensuring the highest of standards are adhered to and upholding Blok's standards as Australia's leading architectural builder
* Review scopes of works and ensure projects are delivered safely, on program and within budget.
* Assist with cost controls, trade procurement and coordination of trades with trade supervisors.
* Ensure efficient coordination between factory-built modules and site construction.
* Helping to enhance Blok's presence and reputation within the QLD and NSW markets
* People leadership, including mentoring and upskilling the wider construction team
Profile Selection
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager.
* Strong experience delivering architectural residential projects
* Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor construction teams
* Strong commercial and financial management capability
* Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of modular (preferred but not essential)
