Overview
Level 2 IT Support Engineer (MSP) — Sydney. Immediate need. In-office role. $100K + Super. No sponsorship or relocation. A fast-growing Managed Service Provider supporting SMB clients across Australia is looking for a hands-on Level 2 Support Engineer to join the team. You will be expected to own escalations end-to-end, working across Microsoft 365 and Jamf Pro environments, and supporting a mix of Windows and macOS clients. You'll also get involved in client onboarding and environment improvements, not just BAU support.
Key Skills
* Experience in an MSP environment
* Solid macOS support experience
* Confident troubleshooting and ability to own tickets through to resolution
The Role
* Mostly remote support with occasional onsite work
* Mix of BAU + project work
* High ownership, no hand-holding environment
