Based in the stunning surrounds of Dunkeld, you'll be part of a dynamic maintenance team servicing farm, residential and commercial properties within a 40km radius, including the iconic Royal Mail Hotel. Your days will be varied. Think fixing a gate in the morning, coordinating contractors in the afternoon, and inspecting equipment before clocking off. You'll be trusted to work independently, manage your own time, and take pride in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and looking great.
What You'll Be Doing
* Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across buildings, plant, and equipment
* Supporting capital works projects from planning to delivery
* Maintaining tools and inventory to a high standard
* Building strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and hotel guests
* Ensuring safety is front and centre in everything you do
What we're looking for
* A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in hands-on maintenance work
* Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks across different sites
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently
* Good communication skills and a respectful, team-oriented approach
* Physical fitness and a current driver's licence

You're the kind of person who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into a task. You might not have years of experience, but you've got a natural curiosity, a practical mindset, and a genuine interest in how things work. You're physically fit, comfortable working outdoors, and not afraid to ask questions or try something new. You may have some DIY or hobby maintenance experience.
You take pride in doing a job well, whether it's fixing a fence, solving a maintenance issue, or helping a teammate. You're reliable, respectful, and ready to learn from those around you. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to grow your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.
Why Join Us?
This is your chance to be part of a team that values initiative, supports growth, and offers real variety in your day-to-day work.
