Job Title: Consulting Services Account Specialist
As a Consulting Services Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account management strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage technology and services sales, coordinate responses from the services team, and create proposals for customers
* Collaborate with account managers, solutions architects, consulting and service delivery managers, and global system integrator (GSI) and system integrator (SI) partners to maximize project value
* Engage with enterprise leaders (CxO) to understand business challenges and priorities
Required Skills
* Strong foundation in technical knowledge, understanding of enterprise transformation and solution journeys, and expertise in project and scope management
* Ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
