Position: Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant Should have at least 10 Years of experience. Should have implemented Oracle EBS Payroll [Techno-Functional] & should have at least 2 implementations of the same Should be well versed with Integration touch points between Oracle EBS & other applications Should have worked onsite / offshore model. Should be conversant with other Oracle HCM modules. Key Responsibilities: • Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS Payroll modules, ensuring compliance with Australian Payroll Legislation. • Customization and Optimization: Develop and optimize Payroll Fast Formulas to meet specific business requirements and enhance payroll processing efficiency. • Legislative Compliance: Ensure all payroll processes and configurations adhere to Australian Payroll Legislation and regulatory requirements. • Reporting: Generate and analyse payroll reports to provide insights and ensure accuracy in payroll processing. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and payroll processes. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Payroll Fast Formulas and Oracle EBS Payroll modules. • Legislative Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Australian Payroll Legislation and regulatory requirements. • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Certifications: Oracle EBS Payroll certification is a plus.
