Tek Cloudsoul Ltd seeks experienced security‐cleared Field Engineers for projects within sensitive government agency environments across Australia. Successful candidates will provide onsite technical support and engineering services at designated customer locations.

Mandatory Requirements:
* Active NV1 Security Clearance
* Available to commence from 1 July 2026
* Australian work authorization
* Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
* Experience in field engineering, IT infrastructure, data centre operations, hardware deployment, or related technical support roles
* Excellent communication and customer‐facing skills
Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite technical support and engineering services
* Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities
* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure‐related issues
* Follow customer security and compliance procedures
* Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure successful service delivery
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working within government, enterprise, or secure environments
2. Data centre or infrastructure support experience
3. Strong understanding of IT hardware and network environments
4. Relevant technical certifications
