Position Summary
The Medical Sales Liaison will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. The primary goal is to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of our medical cannabis products.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for medical professionals regarding product information and associated clinical data.
* Assist healthcare practitioners with SAS B and AP applications.
* Educate healthcare providers on the therapeutic benefits, appropriate usage, and legal considerations of medical cannabis.
* Conduct regular training sessions, presentations, and webinars to keep medical professionals informed about new products, clinical data, and industry advancements.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
* Identify opportunities for expanding product placement and usage within medical practices.
* Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations governing the use of medical cannabis.
* Work collaboratively with internal legal and quality functions to ensure all sales and educational activities comply with relevant legal, quality and ethical standards.
* Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and feedback from healthcare providers.
* Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
* Minimum of three years of experience in a related healthcare role.
* Experience in the medical cannabis industry is highly desirable.
* Intimate knowledge of the cannabis plant is essential.
* Existing relationship with healthcare professionals desirable.
* Strong understanding of medical cannabis products and their therapeutic uses.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
* Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
