Lease Administration Specialist
About the Role:
1. Create and manage lease documents.
2. E nsure timely execution, registration, and compliance of leases with relevant laws.
3. Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and concerns.
4. Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders including legal professionals and finance teams.
Database administration is also a key responsibility within this role.
The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of retail leasing legislation, experience working as a Lease Administrator or similar position,
high attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication skills along with excellent time management abilities.
