Our client is looking for a Data Entry Operator to help clear a backlog of invoice errors resulting from a recent system transfer. This is a 3-month contract where your attention to detail will be critical in ensuring smooth financial operations. What you'll be doing: This role is perfect for someone who has high attention to detail. You'll be tasked with: Checking and updating key details on vendor invoices, including client, invoice number, and invoice amounts. Routing invoices for approval that the new system may have miscategorised. Responsibly working through a backlog of invoice exceptions with focus and accuracy.
