This is a full-time position that sits at the centre of our practice operations. As Medical Receptionist, you will be the driving force behind the smooth day-to-day running of our clinic — supporting our clinicians, and ensuring every patient receives a seamless, professional experience from their very first contact with us.
Key Responsibilities
* Treatment Coordination: Guide patients through their treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and empathy — from initial consultation through to case acceptance and scheduling
* Accounts Management: Oversee all practice billing, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity
* Supplier Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with dental suppliers, managing orders, stock levels, and contract negotiations
* Practice Administration: Oversee scheduling, patient records, compliance documentation, and day-to-day operational procedures
* Patient Experience: Champion exceptional customer service standards across every touchpoint of the patient journey
About You
* Experience as a Medical Receptionist or Patient Coordinator in a dental or medical setting
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — confident engaging with patients, clinicians, and suppliers alike
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
* A professional, warm, and patient-centred approach
