About the Role As an Outbound Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively contacting warm leads, past passengers and new enquiries to convert interest into confirmed luxury cruise bookings. This is a high-touch, consultative sales role where your product knowledge, customer service and storytelling will help guests picture their next unforgettable voyage. You'll guide them through destinations, suites, itineraries and enhancements, ensuring a seamless experience from the first conversation to final confirmation.
