Responsibilities:
* Lead high-volume kitchen teams in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
* Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement culinary strategies.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in high-volume kitchen environments.
