Our client is one of Victoria's leading commercial & apartment builders. They turnover $250M annually and deliver projects up to $50M in value.
They have a boutique D & C $20M apartment development in the Eastern suburbs that is about to hit delivery and they require an experienced, high performing site manager to ensure it is delivered on time and on budget.
To be considered for this position you will trade or tertiary qualified with a stable employment history with extensive site management experience. You will be a dynamic individual with a proven ability to manage the day to day running of a medium scale commercial project.
As a highly effective organiser you will be able to monitor on site sub-contractors effectively while ensuring all OH & S standards are rigorously followed.
In return you will be given unwavering support from senior management and will be given complete autonomy over site based operations. A salary package of $160,000 to $210,000 will be on offer for the right candidate with a company that prides itself on a positive working environment.
