Our Service Centre is operational between the hours of 7:00am - 10:00pm daily.The Service Centre operates as the nerve-centre of the TOMRA operation, monitoring our systems throughout NSW via remote login to minimise downtime and coordinate all onsite maintenance and repairs, as well as provide Australia wide customer service. You will be required to interface with our partners, technicians and customers. This role is heavily team based so we are looking for someone who enjoys working with others and thrives in a team environment.You will be located in the TOMRA Sydney office in St Leonards and will work on a shift-based roster that includes 1 weekend day a week.What You’ll Be DoingProvide hotline technical support to partners and colleagues in the fieldAssist with customer queries and complaintsMonitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portalInteract with technicians, colleagues and partners visiting sitesAnalyse anomalies and take corrective actionsPerform configurations and changes to the machines remotely onlineCoordinate onsite maintenance and repairsQualificationsTo be a successful Service Centre Operator you will have:A passion for customer serviceGood time management skillsStrong communications skillsHigh attention to detailAdaptabilityA team mentalityCompetent with technologyAdditional InformationDoes this sound like you?!
