Newly created role for a Technical Account Manager to work for a global SaaS provider.
You will work with Enterprise and SME clients, working with them from the initial onboarding to ongoing adoption, assisting the customers throughout their lifecycle, and ultimately helping them unlock the most value from the SaaS products and services.
In this role, you will help in executing technical revisions to meet the technical needs of clients in your Customer Unit, and to ensure optimal utilisation and impact of programs. TAMs work in a post-sales capacity that directly contributes to the long-term success of our customers' programs.
Skill set / Experience required
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Prior experience working as an Account Manager / Implementation Manager / Application Specialist.
- 2-5 years experience working in a technical, consulting, or client-facing role.
- The expertise to operate as a technical advisor to customers.
- Help customer onboard and adopt a SaaS platform and its subsequent features.
- Comfortable running demos and assisting in Proof of Concepts.
- Familiar with creating workflows and platform improvements a
- Proactively identify implementation process improvements, determine root causes and overcome roadblocks.
- Relish the opportunity overcome technically challenging concepts.
- Hard-working self-starter capable of concurrently running multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort in working both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Familiarity with software and front-end development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
The is currently working 3 days in the office, requires limited travel across ANZ and offers a very package (Base + Super + Bonus + Health Insurance + Benefits).
