We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the operations of our agricultural services branch in Wagga Wagga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying product requirements, and coordinating logistics.
About the Role
* You will lead a dedicated local team and work directly with grain growers to deliver exceptional service and results.
* Your primary focus will be on managing client relationships, including building trust and rapport with our valued customers.
* You will also be responsible for overseeing administration, expense management, and supplier relationships.

Requirements
* CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENCE AND EXPERIENCE MANAGING STAFF
* STRONG RELATIONSHIP BUILDING SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK WITH DIVERSE CLIENTS
* PRACTICAL PROBLEM SOLVING APPROACH WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL
* EXPERIENCE IN AGRICULTURE, LOGISTICS, OR RELATED INDUSTRIES WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS
