About the Role:
The Assistant in Nursing/Midwifery role offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple units and sites while contributing to safe, high-quality care for patients and residents.
Duties:
* Assist nurses and midwives with routine care tasks and activities of daily living.
* Provide technical support functions such as equipment cleaning, stock management, and procedure setup.
* Maintain a safe, supportive, and culturally appropriate environment for patients, residents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
You will actively participate in quality improvement activities by following established guidelines and reporting relevant data.
