AFP Site Supervisor – Lead. Protect. Make an Impact.
Are you a confident leader with a strong security background? We're looking for an AFP Site Supervisor to take charge of daily operations at an Australian Federal Police–protected site. This is a key leadership role where professionalism, vigilance, and communication matter every day.
As the on-site lead, you'll be the central point of contact between staff, management, and AFP representatives—ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and top-tier service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and supervise daily site operations to deliver a professional, reliable security service
* Ensure compliance with AFP standards, post orders, contractual obligations, and legislation
* Monitor site activity, CCTV, and radio communications
* Respond confidently to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
* Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment
What We're Looking For
* Current AFP NV1 clearance or the ability to obtain one
(NV2 holders welcome – AFP NV1 will still be required)
* Australian citizenship (mandatory)
* Strong leadership, supervision, and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Current Australian driver's licence
